Where do you ship?
Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and internationally.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing (HK orders may arrive sooner).
What are shipping costs?

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, all orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my Alrays dress if it doesn't fit?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Can I exchange my dress for a different size or color?
Due to limited inventory, we're unable to offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your original order and placing a new order in your preferred size or color.
Our Dresses
What fabric are Alrays dresses made from and is it good for travel?
It's made from 100% lyocell, a sustainable fabric made from eucalyptus trees.
Breathable, soft, and naturally odor and wrinkle-resistant, it makes a perfect travel piece.
Are they suitable for hot and humid weather?
Absolutely! Lyocell is one of the best fabrics for heat and humidity. It wicks moisture, stays breathable throughout the day, and doesn't cling or trap heat the way synthetic fabrics do.
Are they machine washable?
Yes. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle and hang dry. No dry cleaning needed.
Do they have real pockets?
Yes. All dresses feature hidden zippered pockets on both sides that securely fit your phone, cards, and keys. They sit flush against the silhouette so they're invisible in photos.
Do the adjustable straps actually work?
Yes, adjustable straps let you customize fit and coverage.
Sizing
How does sizing run?

I'm between sizes. Which should I choose?
We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes for a more comfortable fit.
If you prefer a more fitted look, the adjustable straps are always there to customize your fit.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Click the link to track your package.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Alrays is built around the idea that a beautiful dress should keep up with your actual life and allow you to explore the world and yourself to the fullest.

Our dresses are manufactured in Guangzhou, China, using quality fabrics and ethical production standards.
When will you restock?
This is our first collection with limited quantities. Once sold out, we won't restock these exact pieces.
