Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM HKT will be processed the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and select international destinations.

  • Hong Kong: HK$40 (US$5) | 2-3 business days
  • Taiwan: HK$80 (US$10) | 3-5 business days
  • Singapore: HK$95 (US$12) | 3-5 business days
  • International: HK$120 (US$15) | 7-14 business days

Free shipping on orders over US$200 to all destinations.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please use this number to monitor your package's journey.

Delivery Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@alraysbrand.com immediately after placing your order.

Customs & Duties For international orders outside Hong Kong, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship to most countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we unfortunately cannot ship there at this time. Contact support@alraysbrand.com to inquire about future shipping expansion.

Lost or Stolen Packages While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or stolen. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. If unresolved after 3 business days, email support@alraysbrand.com and we'll work with you to find a solution

Damaged in Transit If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@alraysbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We'll make it right.
